IRDAI, a statuory body formed under an Act of Parliament released a recruitment notification for the candidates to be a part of Insurance Regulatory & Development Authority of India through open competition on All India for its various offices.Here, we are with the recruitment details in brief for the benefit of our visitors.

Junior Officer – 24 Posts
- Actuarial – 4 posts
- Accounting – 3 posts
- Legal – 2 posts
- General – 15 posts
Important Dates:
Online Registration starts: 18-01-2016
Online Registration closed: 04-02-2016
Phase-I online exam: 27-02-2016
Eligibility Criteria:
- Should be a graduate with first class bachelor’s degree in respective fields
- Age should be minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years as on 01-01-2016.However, relaxation will be provided as per government rules.
Selection Procedure:
The selection as a Junior Officer in IRDAI will be based on 3 levels of exam
Level I: Online Preliminary Objective exam
Level II: Online Descriptive exam
Level III: Interview
The level I will be just qualifying exam.However, Qualifiers of Level II will be called for the interview.
Application Process:
Candidates can only apply via online mode with the payment of Rs.100 for SC/ST/ExSM/PWD and Rs. 500 for others with the following steps:

- Click on “Recruitment for the post of Junior Officer” to open the online application link
- Carefully fill all the necessary details and submit it.
