  • China launches a campaign to promote green living among its citizens. It urged people to cut waste and plant trees to reverse the damage done by decades of untrammeled growth.
  • From 2020 Italy makes climate classes a must.

  • RBI has told supreme court that Whatsapp cannot start payment business in India. Whatsapp owned by facebook is non compliant with data localization norms and RBI has directed NPCI to not allow full scale launch of payment system by whatsapp.
