About the Panel in IT officer Exam
There are usually 5 people. Of these 5 people one person is An IT officer working with a PSB bank, 3 people are retired bankers and one person is their to judge you, your confidence and attitude

- Why do you want to join banking as an IT officer and not as Probationary Officer
Answer: Sir I am an engineering/BCA/MCA gratuate from IT background and have profound knowledge about programming, computer applications. I know the process of debugging softwares. Sir the best use of my knowledge could be as an IT officer as there I could be related to my field of graduation. If I would have become a Probationary officer sir my work would have been generalized with limited computer programming interaction. - What do you mean by encapsulation?
Answer: The process of hiding background details on how a system works is known as encapsulation. Encapsulation is very important to increase security of a system from hackers etc. - What do you mean by encryption? Where is it used?
Answer: Sir Encryption is the process of coding secret text with different forms of characters. For e.g. passwords are secret things on a website. Usually websites encrypt password and then save it on their servers. This is meant to keep the data safe. It is used usually in online payment gateways, websites pertaining to personal information, emails etc. - Where do you see yourself after 5 years?
Answers: Sir in the next 5 years I will be learning a lot of new things from my collegues and hope to be in the middle management. My main aim in the next 5 years will be to make the bank I am in so technologically vibrant that customers love to flow in. - Tell me something about BaNCS?
Answer: Sir BaNCS is a software being used in SBI developed by TCS. It has been coded in C and JAVA. BaNCS is being used by SBI for approximately 10 years now, modifications on which have been carried out on regular intervals. - What is Star Topology
Answers: Sir In Star topology Each node is connected by a point to point link to a central point, called as hubs, concentrators or multi-point repeaters. These central points can be passive or active
The hub may have extra features like LEDs that indicate activity and errors on each port, making it even easier to isolate problems
