OICL has released a total of 300 vacancies for various specialization for AO Scale-I, of which 223 are for the generalist, 20 for accountants, 30 for the law officer, 15 for automobile engineers, 2 for Actuaries and 10 for the medical officer.

- Online Registration commences from/Payment of fees: 18th August 2017
- Last Date for Online Registration/payment of fees: 15th September 2017
- Date of online Examination Phase – I: 22nd October 2017
- Date of online Examination Phase – II: 18th November 2017
