- Lee Hsien Loong is the prime Minister of Singapore
- NGUYEN Xuan Phuc is the Prime Minister of republic of Vietnam
- Dato’ Sri Haji Mohammad Najib bin Tun Haji Abdul Razak is the Prime Minister of Malaysia
- General Prayut Chan-o-cha is the Prime Minister of Thialand
- Aung San Suu Kyi is the Myanmar State Counsellor and also the daughter of Independence hero General Aung San
- Rodrigo Duterte is the President of Phillipenes
- Hassanal Bolkiah is the Sultan of Brunei
- Thongloun Sisoulith is the Prime Minister of Laos
- Hun Sen is the prime Minister of Cambodia
Other than republic Day celebrations, All Head-of-states will hold a Summit with prime Minister Narendra Modi where issues related to security and mutual cooperation are expected to be discussed.
