SBI Clerk Prelims exam have 3 sections i.e. English, Reasoning and Quantitative.The exam is of objective type with 100 questions each carries one marks and time duration to complete the exam is 1 hour (60 minutes).

The overall Prelims exam was Easy to moderate ans as per candidates view it was easier as compared to SBI PO and IBPS PO.

Reasoning Ability:
If we specifically talk about Reasoning the questions were similar to IBPS Clerk and topics like Seating Arrangement, Inequality,Coding Decoding, Puzzles, Number/Alphabetical series questions were asked.This section was quite typical and the students who have appeared for recent exam will not take much time in solving these questions.
English Language:
In this English language sections the following questions will be asked:
- Reading Comprehension – Story based
- Cloze Test – Story Based
- Jumbled Sentences
- Error Spotting
Quantitative Aptitude:
Overall Quant section is Easy to Moderate and the questions asked are of Number Series, Data Interpretation, Simplification, Profit Loss, Percentage Etc.
