State Bank of India Applications:

Mingle: 

  • It’s a social media Banking Platform.
  • With the help of this, the customers of SBI can avail various banking services through the official Facebook page of SBI.
  • Customers can avail the following facilities through Facebook and Twitter –
    Facebook –
    1. Account balance inquiry
    2. Generate mini statement
    3. Send funds from SBI account to another SBI account
    4. Send funds from SBI account to any other non-SBI account
    5. Beneficiary management – Add beneficiary

Elite Card:

  • This card has been launched on the Master Card platform and is enabled with Near Field Communication (NFC).
  • This card involves a joining fee of Rs. 4,999 and the customers joining will receive a gift voucher worth Rs. 5,000 from popular lifestyle and travel brands.
  • This Premium Credit Card has been launched by State Bank of India Card and Payment Services Pvt. Ltd

Reserve Bank of India: 

Sachet Portal:

  • This portal was launched by Dr. Raghuram G. Rajan, Governor, Reserve Bank of India on 4th August 2016.
  • This portal would enable common people to obtain information regarding entities that are allowed to accept deposits, lodge complaints and also share information regarding illegal acceptance of deposits by unscrupulous entities.
  • The website would also help enhance coordination among regulators and State Government agencies
  • It also incorporates regulations prescribed by all financial regulators that different entities have to follow.

ICICI Bank : 

iMobile Smart Keys:

  • This payment service has been launched using a smartphone keyboard named ‘iMobile SmartKeys’ to make mobile payments easier.
  • This service will enable users to make quick and secure payments on any mobile application, including chat, messenger, email, games or search browser, without having to exit the current application on their smartphone.

Kotak Mahindra Bank : 

Kotak Now : 

  • A digital account opening process on the mobile.
  • The entire digital process involving  verification of customer documents and signature is done via a video call with the bank.
  • This is a complete end-to-end online account opening experience, without any need of physical interaction or biometric verification. The entire process is 100% paperless

HDFC Bank : 

Co-branded Debit Card : 

  • The card has been launched by Times Internet, the digital arm of the Times Group, and HDFC Bank
  • Times Points HDFC Bank Debit Card would enable customers to club points earned from consuming, creating and sharing digital content on Times Internet sites with the points made from online shopping.

Yes bank : 

Yes Pay : 

  • This digital wallet has been launched by the Private sector lender Yes bank for Android and iOS mobile platforms.
  • Apart from mobile recharge and bill payment, Yes Pay also allows both ‘users’ and ‘non users’ to send and receive money which enables a Yes Bank customer to request for funds transfer from a customer who might not be a Yes Pay wallet user.
  • This wallet application can also be accessed through social media accounts of Facebook

KBL Smartz:

  • This mobile application was launched by P Jayarama Bhat, MD and CEO of the Karnataka Bank.
  • This mobile application has been built on Unified Payments Interface (UPI) platform of National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI)
  • Through this app, users can perform transactions on the go. It is a secure mobile app for rapid transactions.
  • Fund transfer can be done using virtual payment address without revealing personal details.

Empower : 

  • This mobile app was launched by T N Manoharan, Chairman, and Rakesh Sharma, MD & CEO of Canara Bank.
  • The mobile app enables any bank customers to pay and collect using this single app.
  • The app facilitates customers of the bank  to create a virtual payment address to pay and collect Money from anyone without disclosing any information related to their account.
  • They can also link their bank accounts across banks in a single app, transfer funds using mobile number, account number and IFSC and Adhaar number, know their account balance, register for mobile banking on-the-fly within the app itself, generate MPIN, view recent transactions, etc.
