Basic Pay: Rs. 14435
Dearness Allowance: 54.1% (of basic) Currently
HRA: 7- 10% (of basic depending on location)
On an average net take home salary of a NIACL Assistant vary from 20500 – 22000 after deduction of NPS

- Lease or Rent Allowed depends on the place of your posting. If you being posted at Mumbai, you will get a monthly lease of 11000, and in tier II cities 7000

Pension, Probation and Posting Rules for NIACL Assitant
- You are on probation for a period of 6 months.
- Your 1st Posting will be for a minimum of 5 years.
- You can be transferred to any place across India.
- For first 11 months you will be allowed only 11 days leave i.e. 1 Casual Leave per Month. After 11 months you are permitted to take sick leaves and Paid Leaves.
- Saturday and Sunday is a holiday.
- All new NIACL Assistant recruits will be under NPS (National pension Scheme) framework which means that 10% of their Gross Salary will be deducted and an equal amount will be contributed by the employer.
