Preparation tips for SBI Clerical 2016 Phase 1

With SBI Rolling out notifications for SBI Clerical Exams 2016, we are here with preparation tips for you. SBI Clerical Exam will be conducted in 2 phases Phase I and Phase II.
Phase I: It will be the preliminary round of examination marks of which will not be added in Final Results. Only after passing of Phase I examination you will be eligible to appear for Phase 2 Examination.
Syllabus: The Phase I exam will have 3 sections.

English: This section will consist of questions on 5 patterns.
Quant: You can excel in this section easily if you focus on
Reasoning: You can excel in this section easily if you focus on
- 3 statement syllogism
- data sufficiency questions
- input-output questions
- Arrangement based Questions
- Statement conclusion and assumption.
Questions expected in Phase I exam are expected to be simple. As phase 1 is just a preliminary round for around 18000 we expect SBI to select the candidates in ratio of 1:4 i.e. around 70000 aspirants.
