IT Officer: Recruitment for post of officers is done in both Scale 1 and Scale 2. IT officers are meant to see to the day to day technical difficulties being faced by the branches. All problems related to connectivity issues are resolved by these people. Postings of these people are usually made in the IT cell of the bank which is maintained at Central Offices, Zonal Offices and important centers. IT Officers cannot enter general banking before a predefined period of time. Usually promotions are very fast in IT officers upto scale III. People who have done degree course in IT and CS can apply to this post.
Marketing Officers: Recruitment of marketing officers are done in both Scale I and Scale 2. Marketing officers are related to the work of scheme implementation process in the bank and to help branches to fulfill their targets. Marketing officer job can be both branch based and Back office based, But usually they are not linked to sanctioning of loans or opening of deposits. They are entitled to bring potential customer of branches, and offer them their services. People with post graduation degree in marketing can apply to this post.

Raj Bhasha Adhikari (Official Language officer): Raj Bhasha Adhikari are selected to oversee the implementation of jobs associated with raj bhasha. RBI every year issues RBI norms which need to be followed by every bank. The duty of rajbhasha Officer is to help branches for proper implementation of given targets. They usually get posting in respective Central office and zonal offices. They cannot enter general banking before a predefined period of time. People with degree in Raj Bhasha Subject can only apply to this post.
Rural Development officers: As the name suggest these officers are meant for rural advances. They are specialized in rural activities and are meant to provide there services in branches where agri advances are in large number.
