Treating a Result !!! When there is failure: Failure brings anxiety, Failure might demoralize you, Failure might bring in you a feeling of uselessness, Failure brings family disappointment. But wait, here also comes an opportunity which will need you to dedicate more, emphasize more, learn from mistakes aur “agli baar phod dene ka”.
Exams are piled up, RRB NTPC, SBI PO 2016, SSC CGL 2016, IBPS RRB 2016, IBPS PO 2016, IBPS Clerical 2016, SIDBI, LIC , GIC, NABARD and list goes on. Don’t even waste a single calorie of your energy in demoralizing yourself. Understand you were unable to clear it due to a few editable mistakes. Stand up and pull yourself up. “Is baar phod hi dalenge…” Remember the friends who got selected wont be able to prepare well for exams now, so you have an opportunity. Please Don’t let negative thoughts surround you, don’t let comparisons happen within yourself. Just Do one thing, Look into the mirror and Say to the person standing opposite to you

Results cannot define you. What defines you is the knowledge, confidence you have. You might have been unsuccessful today but its for a time being. I have many friends who were no toppers, no top scorers but cleared GATE exams. So results never define you. Today things might look miserable to you but there is a light at the end of every tunnel. A light whose brightness cannot be defined.

परिणाम आप को परिभाषित नहीं कर सकते। क्या आप को परिभाषित करता है वो है ज्ञान, आत्मविश्वास जो आपके पास है। आप असफल आज हो सकते है, लेकिन एक समय के लिए। मेरे कई दोस्त हैं जो कोई अव्वल रहने वाले छात्र, कोई शीर्ष स्कोरर नहीं थे, लेकिन गेट परीक्षा को दसवी रैक से निकाला। तो परिणाम आप को परिभाषित कभी नहीं कर सकते। आज चीजें आप को दुखी कर सकती है, लेकिन हर सुरंग के अंत में एक प्रकाश होता है। एक प्रकाश जिनकी चमक परिभाषित नहीं किया जा सकता है।
हार मानने वालो की कभी जीत नही होती ,कोशिश करने वालो की कभी हार नही होती

When You are successful: If your are successful you will be one of the happiest person in the world that day, jumping all around your place, partying among friends, receiving many congratulations calls and more. Your Facebook profile will be full of good wishes and you will be on cloud 11.
But wait, There might be a friend of yours who have not been able to clear it. Don’t make him sound insulted. A message to all to be successful aspirants, the exam you are clearing is one of the most contested exams in INDIA, and banking is a good place to work, but What Next. You have many more bigger opportunities coming in which are undoubtedly better than bank. Starting preparing for them. You are young and deserve better. Don’t become overconfident, you just cleared an examination. It might have been easy.

In my brief banking experience I have seen many things coming up, Banks today are all youth oriented places with 60% youth in banks. Promotion policies are swift, But work load is too much and salaries are less compared to central Government jobs. But In any case banks are one of the best place to work in where there is too much to learn. I wish you all the very best to successful candidates for your banking assignment and wish all the aspirants preparing for Competitive exams to keep on preparing at full strength. The big exam of SSC-CGL is coming up. It is a game changer if successful.
