Plea against Recruitment under IBPS Clerical V rejected by court

What was the plea All about
Last year after the new govt. guidelines to scrap interviews for all non officer and Upto Grade B posts, IBPS had suspended interviews for Clerical Exams. Later IBPS Made the allotment directly on the basis of marks scored by Each Candidate. Students challenged this in Allahabad High Court.
