New Delhi: President Draupadi Murmur has appointed seven additional judges of the Bombay High Court and three additional judges of the Delhi High Court as permanent judges. This decision, announced on Friday, also includes the extension of the terms of two additional judges of the Bombay High Court by one year through reappointment.

Bombay High Court Appointments

The following seven additional judges of the Bombay High Court have been made permanent judges:

  1. Yanshivraj Gopichand Khobragade
  2. Mahendra Wadhumal Chandwani
  3. Abhay Sopanrao Waghwase
  4. Ravindra Madhusudan Joshi
  5. Santosh Govindrao Chapalgaonkar
  6. Milind Manohar Sathaye
  7. Dr. Neela Kedar Gokhale

In addition, the terms of two additional judges, Sanjay Anandrao Deshmukh and Justice Vrushali Vijay Joshi, have been extended. They have been reappointed as additional judges for a fresh term of one year, effective from October 7, 2024.

Delhi High Court Appointments

The following three additional judges of the Delhi High Court have been made permanent judges:
