- Login using your Registration ID and Date of Birth
- Go to ‘Helpdesk’ option and after that Click on ‘LOG NEW TICKET’ option
- Fill up your personal details and mention what is wrong in your admit and click on Submit button.
- Finally you are Done. Now, Wait for your ticket to be viewed by official authority. You can check that ticket page daily to know the status of your ticket. Hopefully your ticket will get resolved soon.
