Syllogism Questions are very important in every competitive examination. This set is based on questions on a given set of information, which are to be solved on basis of 7 rules. We will be updating you with all type of syllogism Questions on a daily basis.
Direction (Q 1 – 10): In the following questions, only one Conclusion is given and five statements are given as a), b), c), d) and e). From this you have to take the statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts and then decide which of the given statement logically follows.
1). Conclusion:
No sketch is pencil;
Some pencils are scale.
a) Statements I:
Some pencils are sketch;
No sketch is scale;
Some scales are erasers.
b) Statements II:
Some sketches are Not pencils;
All pencils are scale;
No sketch is an eraser.
c) Statements III:
No pencil is a scale;
No scale is a sketch;
All sketches are erasers.
d) Statements IV:
No sketch is an eraser;
All pencils are erasers;
Some scales are pencil.
e) Statements V:
All pencils are scale;
All scales are sketch;
All sketches are erasers.
