SIDBI INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE OF ASHISH MITTAL

The interview held with video conferencing, panel was sitting in mumbai, 2 male and 1 female. Communication is being held with a time lag of 3 seconds. All members are in late fifties.
After waiting for 4 hours my turn came up, at nearly 6 pm.One HR person was there, he entered the room first and told them about me.

Interview started.Was feeling nervous.
I enterded the room. There was a long conference room with a huge screen in front.

M1:The most senior person of the panel asked me ashish ji kaise ho bohot der wait karna pada..(wanted to say yes)
Me: No no sir its ok..
He further asked sidbi walo ne aapka dhyan to rakha na..kuch liya..i told yess sir we were given coffee and snacks.
(interview mai pure time unlog ka dhyan khane peene pe tha M2 to bas newspaper pad rhe they and M3 who was a lady was staring at me jaise man mai bol rhi ho aaj to tum gye)

M1 again, told me mittal sahab apne bare mai batae..
Me: introduced them well.

M1: So aapne btech kiya hua h..banking mai kyuu aana chahte ho..
Me: Sir, nowadays banking sector is heading toward technology more and more technologies is being adopted day by day by bank like NEFT. RTGS,ECS. So a technical person is more feasible than any other graduate.
(M3 still continuously staring at me)

M1: On what criteria SMSE sector is devided.
Me: Explained, but i made a mistake on last point. M1 corrected me.
I said thank you for correcting me.

M1: Koi exam diye h pehle?
Me: Yes sir..i have clered written of IB, RRB PO, IBPS PO, IBPS CLK, NICL AO etc…
Bas ab M1 peche pad kya why u were not selected finally in any of them.
what are the reasons behind so many failure.
(M2 ne snacks liye newspaper uthaya or chale gye)

M1:asked about NPA?
Me: Expalined NPA ans told about exact figure of npa.
M1 said good.

M1: Sahitya ka noble kise mila ?
Me: Confused ( sahiya matllab economics or literature). M1 beta literature
(man mai chal rha tha ki lya pucha gya h literature sunte hi acha aise bolo na sidhe sidhe)
after thinking for 10-15 sec (koi modi tha ka bhai tha) then strike kiya PATRICK MODIANO.

M1: Again noble peace prize?
Me: Malala and Kailash Satyarthi.
( ab to chod do yaar kabtak maje loge..saamne hote to to shayad nooch hi dalte)

M1: Ok! best of luck for results u can go know.
Me: I thanked everyone and politely left the room.
