Here We are providing you Section Wise Tips & Strategy for SBI PO Prelim 2017 Exam which is going to be held on 29th,30th,6th and 7th May 2017.

In this article we will discuss about how to approach each section, Expected Cutoff & Questions to enhance your no. of attempts with proper time management.

Exam Pattern:  Maximum Time – 60 minutes

1 English Language 30 Questions/ 30 marks
2 Quantitative Aptitude 35 Questions/ 35 marks
3 Reasoning Ability 35 Questions/ 35 marks

I. English Language  – Total 30 Qs.

(Expected Level – Easy to Moderate)

II. Reasoning Ability – Total Qs – (35 Qs)

(Expected Level – Easy to Moderate )

III. Numerical Ability – Total Qs 35

(Expected Level – Moderate)

Topic wise Preference

  • First Attempt: Simplification / Approximation, Quadratic Equation, Number Series
  • Time consuming: Data Interpretation, Miscellaneous Questions

Miscellaneous questions includes – Profit Loss, Average, Simple & Compound Interest, Age, Ratio & Proportion, Time and Speed

Note: The level of the miscellaneous questions will be of moderate level.

Overall Expected Cut-off

It is expected that Overall Cut-off of SBI PO Prelim 2017 Exam will be in the range of 48 – 60
