SBI Clerk 2018 : New Exam Pattern

Dear Friends,

As State Bank of India has come up with the notification for the Clerical exam,there brings a lot of changes in the exam pattern also.

This time SBI has sectional time limit for prelims exam also and else will be the same as before.

EXAM PATTERN:

  • PRELIMINARY EXAM
  • MAINS EXAM
  • LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST

PRELIMINARY EXAMINATION

Preliminary Examination (online) consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1 hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows:

Reasoning Ability 35 35 20 minutes
Numerical Ability 35 35 20 minutes
TOTAL 100 100 60 minutes

 

MAINS EXAMINATION

General/Financial Awareness 50 50 35 minutes
General English 40 40 35 minutes
Quantitative Aptitude 50 50 45 minutes
Reasoning ability and Computer Aptitude 50 60 45 minutes
TOTAL 190 200 2 Hours 40 minutes

 

Those who qualify for selection and produce 10th or 12th standard mark sheet/
certificate evidencing having studied the specified opted local language will not be
subjected to any Language test. In case of others (qualified for selection), specified
opted local language test will be conducted after provisional selection but before
joining. Candidates not found to be proficient in specified opted local language
would be disqualified.
