As today’s the Mains exam for RBI Assistant has been conducted.Now it’s time for exam analysis of RBI Assistant Mains (24th January 2017).We have seen a lot of ups and downs in the year 2016 with cut-off going sky high. Many students, including the ones who have already been selected n banks, will appear for this exam. So definitely, the competition will be tougher.

There are 5 Sections in RBI Assistant mains exam namely English, Reasoning, Computer awareness, General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude.

REASONING ABILITY (Easy – Moderate)

  • Alpha numeric Series

GENERAL AWARENESS

General Awareness was easy to moderate. This section is quite easy for those who knows banking terms. The questions were mainly asked from Banking, Static and Current affairs. 15-20 questions were asked from current affairs and 10-15 were asked from Banking

COMPUTER AWARENESS

Computer was Quite difficult this time. We have seen in recent examination that the questions have evolved but not in terms of difficulty, but in terms of depth. In recent examinations, we have seen IBPS focusing on applications.
