The level of English was moderate to difficult. In the Year 2016, The IBPS and SBI have changed the pattern of English Section completely. In every banking exams, CLERK or PO, The type of questions asked have been changed dramatically. In banking Exams, Questions are being asked from CAT exam pattern.

The level of quantitative aptitude was difficult. There were three sets of DI (Tabular, Bar graph and Line graph).

The level of reasoning was moderate. 25 Questions were asked from sitting arrangement and puzzles. One sitting arrangement was circular with 2 variable and not all are facing centre. Another sitting arrangement was linear 2 parallel row with one variable. One of the puzzle was 8 floor problem with 3 variables. One puzzle was a combination of Blood relation puzzle and square sitting arrangement.
Syllogism were asked differently. 3 were asked with does not follow type and 2 questions were asked just like IBPS PO Mains, conclusion was given, statement were asked.

General Awareness was moderate. This section is quite easy for those who knows current affairs. Most of the questions were asked from Our daily Current Affairs. The questions were mainly asked from Banking, Static and Current affairs.
The Descriptive Paper was . There was one Essay writing and one Letter writing question.
