IPPB Scale I Officers Detailed Exam Pattern

Dear Friends,

As India Post has received in-principle approval from RBI and approval from Cabinet for
setting up India Post Payments Bank Limited.India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) invites online applications from qualified candidates who will be appointed in JMG Scale I.

The Selection for JMG Scale I Officer will consist of the following steps:

  • Preliminary Examination
  • Main Examination
  • Interview. The final selection shall be made on the basis of interview

EXAM PATTERN :

A) Preliminary Examination :

Quantitative Aptitude 35 Ques/35 marks
TOTAL 100 Ques/100 marks 1 hour

 

B) Main Examination :

Reasoning 50 Ques/50 marks 40 minutes
Quantitative Aptitude 50 Ques/50 marks 40 minutes
General Awareness (with special reference to Banking) 40 Ques/40 marks 20 minutes
Computer Knowledge 20 Ques/20 marks 10 minutes
TOTAL 200 Ques/200 marks 140 minutes

 

C) INTERVIEW : 
Candidates who have been shortlisted in the main examination for IPPB will subsequently be called for an Interview to be conducted by IPPB.
