Dear Sehpaathians, with LIC AAO results had been announced and interviews are scheduled to start from 3rd week of April 2016 we are here with Set 1 of Interview Questions with Answers for LIC AAO 2016

1) Why do you want LIC?
Answer: Sir LIC has been my dream for a long time. LIC has been doing tremendous work by insuring citizens of the country. LIC is the company who has insured almost all citizens in India by the medium of Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana.

2) What are the other jobs of LIC in the country?
Answers: Sir LIC is also a big investment company in India. LIC holds large stakes in most of the PSU and PSB and a few private companies. Sir whenever there is a need for investment in the country, government turns its face towards LIC and LIC comes up with investments in different sectors.

3) Explain a different type of insurance policies?
Answer: Sir In primarily there are three type of insurance policies. They are life insurance policies, General insurance and Health Insurance. As name defines Life insurance policies are linked to life insurance,  Health insurance are related to all type of health insurances, and in general insurance comes all other insurances like vehicle insurance, goods insurance etc.

4) What type of Life Insurance policies are there?
Answer: Sir There are primarily 2 type of life insurance policy. i.e. payback policy and term Insurance. In payback policy you receive the amount invested on completion of life insurance cycle say for 10 years. In this policy insurance can be payable Quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly. The insurance price in such policies is more.

Sir other type of policy is term insurance. In this policy the premium is very less but you don’t get any money back. I.e. Your family will get death claim if you die, but you wont get any money back if you are alive. 

5) are LIC policies used by people to save tax?
Answer: Yes sir LIC premium can be covered under 80D section of Income tax section.

6) You are an engineering graduate. How you skills can be useful in LIC?
Answer: Sir in Engineering we inbuilt a quality to sustain us in worst times, in times of tremendous pressures. We have a inner skills to think out of box solutions of certain problems.
