As A lot of students have appeared for the Indian Bank PO mains exam today and this brings them to a step closer in their journey of getting a Job in Banking Sector.Now it’s time for exam analysis of Indian bank PO mains.
There are 5 Sections in Indian Bank PO Mains exam namely English Language, Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness and Quantitative Aptitude.

QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE (Moderate)

The level of quantitative aptitude was moderate. There were four sets of DI and they were very calculative. It included Pie Chart, Missing DI, Caselete, Tabular DI.

REASONING  (MODERATE)

The level of reasoning was moderate to Moderate. Among puzzles and seating arrangement there was a circular seating arrangement, 7 days based puzzle and a floor based puzzle.

GENERAL AWARENESS (Moderate-Difficult)

General Awareness was moderate. This section is moderate for those who knows banking terms.  The questions were mainly asked from Banking, Static and Current affairs. Around 6-7 were from Static Awareness.

COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE (Easy-Moderate)

Computer Awareness was quite Easy. There were 20 questions in this sections. The questions were mainly from basics of computer.

DESCRIPTIVE WRITING:-

Letter:- 3 Options 

  • Letter to editor about youth politics (Should youth join politics yes or no)
  • Letter to friend complaining and advising  about his son’s overusage of mobile phone.
  • Letter to higher authority for recommending oneself to fill the position which recently got vacant.

Essay:- 3 Options

  • National Pension Scheme (advantages and disadvantages).
  • Fear of employees of loosing job due to digitization in banking sector.
  • People joining GYM a lot now a days (Good or Bad, If bad What can be alternative).
