Important Exams that MBA aspirants must keep in mind

MBA has become a must need in India from few years. Every graduate want to become a post graduate in any branch of MBA. The big reasons for this are that your pay packages are increased tremendously and you profiling is improved. In India the usual period in which all MBA exams take place is between the months of October- January. The number of people appearing in these examinations have increased and so the competition. There are many premier institutes in which students want to exercise their dreams. A few of these must fill exams to get desired colleges are:

  • CAT(Common Adminssion Test): They are the exams for the IIM’s, the world known and renounced MBA institutes in India. Usually forms for CAT come in August and exams start from October 1st week. Results are usually announced in January 2nd week. Other from IIM’s they are the gateway to more than 200 colleges in India
  • XAT: They are the exams for the Xavier’s Management colleges in India. They are one of the toughest exams in India. Usually these exams take place in the 1st week of January.
  • SNAP: These are exams to getting yourself into the Symbiosis School of Management. They are one of the best premier MBA institutes in India.
  • CMAT: They are the 2nd tier exams of MBA across India which are held twice a year. Their exams are usually held in the months of February and September. These exams are comparatively simple to other MBA exams. GK is the big game changer in these exams.

  5. IIFT: Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, Delhi and Kolkata
