How to Identify a Fraud Company

In a scenario when the jobs are depleting and demand is increasing there has been a steep rise in the number of fraud companies. I as a student was placed in a fraud company from my college, But within time I was able to know that the company was a fraud company. For many job-seekers these must be milestones and I hope they be saved from wasting money over such fraud companies and help in averting a job scam. Some salient features of a fraud company are discussed below.

  • Check the registration of that company from the government website. In case no registration information is present have a word with the company authorities. If they say they have register a firm or are under registration ask them for government stamps and registration papers. If they deny then they are probably a fraud company.

Click here to know about your company

If a company is registered, then check its registration date and place of registration. If the company advertisements and the place where you have visited the company are different then there is again a cause of concern.

  • Asking for money: If a company asks you for money in any case they are a fraud company. This money asked can vary from a few hundreds to thousands. If any company asks for money from you to provide you job tell them to “1st get me placed in a company with a decent payroll” and then you pay them their charges.
  • Be aware of Fake Mails: Many times fake males reporting jobs from many premier institutes come to you and they ask you to deposit some money for accounting and different  operations. Please be aware as mostly all such mails are a crap. Contact the company directly over such mails.
  • If in case you have tried everything and there are no signs of a company being fraud,

just go to Google and enter your

“company name”+ “fraud”    LIKE “xyz fraud”

If any complaint has been lodged against that company you will find it out.

These are a few points which we found very important and common in fraud companies. Hope that these points are a help to you.
