‘A ⋆ B’ means ‘A is not smaller than B’.
‘A % B’ means ‘A is neither smaller than nor greater than B’.
‘A # B’ means ‘A is neither greater than nor equal to B’.
‘A $ B’ means ‘A is not greater than B’.
