Data Interpretation Practice Set – XXVIII

As Banking EXAMS like  SBI PO, IBPS Clerical, IBPS PO and SSC CGL 2017 exam is on the way. So, for the practice of candidates here we are providing some questions of Data Interpretation  practice set.

Directions (Q.1-5): The following table shows the number of employees working in various companies in 4 different years.

Note: T = total employee, M : F = ratio of male and female employees.

Q1. In 1991, 200/3% female employees of company A and 250/3% male employees of company E were invited in a meeting. Find the difference between male and female employees who attended the meeting?
(a) 18
(b) 12

(d) 20

Q2. A list was made by listing the number of female employees of all companies in 1992. Somehow the number of female employees of company C was swapped with number of male employees of the same company. Find by what number the average number of female employees in all companies differ?
(a) 23.8

(d) 3.2
(e) None of these

Q3. In 1993, company A and C undertook a contract to complete a work in 30 days. If in 25 days only 2/3 of work was completed, then how many more women should be hired to complete the work in time? (only women are working on that work)

(d) 1731
(e) None of these

Q4. Find the ratio of the number of men employee of company C and D together in 1991 and that of company B and E together in 1993?
(a) 3 : 2
(b) 33 : 26
(c) 11 : 9
(d) 5 : 4
(e) None of these

Q5. 200/3% of female employees of company A in 1991 are what percent of male employee of company B in the same year?
