Following are the conditions for selecting Chief Manager Marketing for an organization
The Candidate Must:
i. Must Be atleast 35 years old as on 01.02.2015
ii. Have Secured atleast 55% marks in Graduation
iii. Have Secured at least 60 percent marks in post-graduation degree/diploma in Marketing
iv. Have Post Qualification work experience of atleast 10 years in the marketing division of an organization
v. Have secured atleast 50% marks in the selection process
1) If ‘iv’ above but has atleast 6 year experience of Marketing, the case can be referred to Head Marketing Division
2) At ‘ii’ above but have secured atleast 65% marks in post-graduation degree/diploma in Marketing, the case is to be referred to GM-Marketing
Mark (A) If the candidate has to be selected
Mark (B) if the case has to be referred to Head Marketing Division
Mark (c) If the case has to be referred to GM Marketing
Mark (D) if the candidate is not be selected
Mark (E) If the data Provided are inappropriate to take a decision
1. Ashish Mittal has secured 65% Marks in P.G. degree in marketing and 58% in graduation. He has been working in marketing division of Sehpaathi for past 11 years after completing his Post- graduation. He has secured 55% marks in Selection process. He was born on 8th July 1970
2. Ankita Jain was born on 4th May 1979. She has been working in the marketing division of an organization for the past twelve years after completing her post-graduation diploma in marketing Management with 70%. She has obtained 60% marks in graduation and 50% marks in graduation process.
3. Arpit Agarwal was born on 15th June 1979. He has secured 55 percent marks in the selection process and 50% marks in graduation. He has been working in the marketing division of an organization for the past twelve years after completing his post-graduation degree in Marketing Management with 75% Percent Marks
4. Nikita Agarwal was born on 14th April 1978. She has been working in marketing division of an Organization for the past 14 years after completing his post-graduation diploma in Marketing with 70% marks. She has secured 50% marks in selection process and 52% marks in Graduation
5. Shyam Mohan was born on 6th July 1981. He has secured 55% marks in graduation and 58% marks in selection process. He has been working in marketing division of an organization for the past 10 years after completing post-graduation degree in Marketing Management with 57% Percent marks.
