Central board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the notification for National Eligibility Test (NET) which will be going to held on 22nd December 2017.

| Second | II | 100 | 50 questions all are compulsory | 1¼ Hours (11:15 A.M. to 12:30 P.M.) IST |
| Third | III | 150 | 75 questions all are compulsory | 2½ Hours (02:00 P.M. to 04:30 P.M.) IST |
The candidates may pay the examination fee either by credit/ debit card or through e- challan generated during the online filling of the application form. In case of e-challan the payment should be made in the Syndicate/Canara/ICICI/HDFC Bank.
