Hello Readers,

In each question below are given three statements followed by two conclusions numbered I and II. You have to take the given statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance with commonly known facts and then decide which of the given conclusions logically follows from the given statements, disregarding commonly known facts. Give answer
(a) If only conclusion I follows.
(b) If only conclusion II follows.
(c) If either conclusion I or II follows.
(d) If neither conclusion I nor II follows.
(e) If both conclusions I and II follow.
Q1.Statements: 
Some schools are colleges.
Some colleges are hostels.
No hostel is an institute.
Conclusions:
I. All institutes being colleges is a possibility.
II. No institute is a hostel.
Q2.Statements:
 All nails are hammers.
All hammers are needles.
Some needles are threads.
Conclusions:
I. At least some threads are hammers.
II. All hammers being nails is a possibility.

 Some stones are shells.
All shells are boxes.
All boxes are pearls.
Conclusions:
I. Some shells are pearls.
II. Some stones are boxes.

Statements: All chains are bangles.
Some bangles are pendants.
No pendant is a ring.
Q4.Conclusions: 
I. Some chains are pendants.
II. No chain is a bangle.
Q5.Conclusions:
 I. Some rings being pendants is a possibility.
II. Some bangles are chains.
