Basic pay: 32,795/-
Total emoluments: 51,000/- p. m. (approx.) in metropolitan centers

Job Profile & Responsibilities of OICL Administrative Officers
Following are some of the responsibilities of OICL Administrative Officers:
- Oversee insurance policies
- Verifying clauses
- Handle policy making
- Setting the insurance claims
- Responsible for running other departments (accounts, IT, HR, etc.)
- Filling returns (official)
- Marketing and bringing new business
- Meeting with prospective clients
- Promoting policies
Posting, Transfers, Career prospects of Administrative Officers
After selection, candidates have to go through a probation of 1 year which can be extended. Before joining as a probationer, Administrative Officers are made to sign a bond to serve the company for minimum of 4 years. If a candidate resigns before the expiry date of the bond period, he/she will be liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to one year’s gross salary paid to them during probation.
Candidates selected can be posted or transferred anywhere in India by the company. Having said that, most of the vacancies are in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Hubli (Karnataka), Mumbai (Maharashtra) and its suburbs.
The candidates have to stay for a minimum of 5 years at the initial place of posting.
Promotions of OICL Administrative Officers happens every 3 to 5 years. They have a chance of getting promoted to Deputy Manager and Zonal Manager positions.
