I am a smart worker, possess leadership qualities, and highly optimistic. my hobbies include reading, writing, travelling.

While answering this question focus on your strengths and abilities keeping in mind the job requirements.Talk about your accomplishments.Mention situations where you got the tasks done despite all odds.Specify the skills that make you valuable for the job.Never try to pretend what you are not , until and unless you are really good at convincing people something that is not true.
  • What is the difference between hard work and smart work? : Guys this is not a technical question. It has nothing to do with computers or any technology. Smart worker is someone who does the same work a hard worker does but by using less resources and in less time. You can always answer this question by quoting examples where you worked hard and achieved the results and satisfaction. And when you worked smart and achieved the goals within time limits.
  • What has been your major accomplishment so far??: Answer this question elaborately, specifying the details.Like the difficulties and challenged you faced.how you face them, what did you learn during the process and how you felt after accomplishing the task.Accomplishment could be of any type like losing weight, overcoming some fear, completing a project. But it should have been a learning experience.
  • How was the institution from which you did graduation?: Never  use foul words for your college.Always try to give the best impression of your college (even if it was not that good). If you do not speak good about your college, they find it hard to believe that you will keep up the name of their organisation.

You should frame your answer such that it shows the time you have invested to research about the company.
  • Why do you want to work for us?: You can easily answer the question ,if you have done some research about company’s product, services, and technologies in advance. Express your interest in company’s products ,services, and success. And convince them, that you find their company the best place to apply your skills and expertise and grow.
    Example:
I have researched about the company.I am really fascinated by this and that products and services.I am really interested in the particular technology on which company works.I would love to work for this company and grow with it.

So think hard what you really expect out of the job offered and company, and most importantly what you want to achieve in life before answering this question.
  •  How successful  have you been so far? : Try to answer this question by highlighting the positive things you achieved in life. But there is always a room for more.So do not try to be over smart. You might have achieved a lot,but there is a lot more to be achieved.Always remember your achievements so far are just stepping stones for a great future.
  • Are you comfortable working in shifts or relocating?: This question is just asked to see how flexible you are.You should always be willing to work in shifts and relocating.Even if you are not ,just tell the interviewer you do not have any problem.Because most of the times its just a random question .
